THE ROLE
As a Client Experience, Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in how Rialtic reports, understands, and acts on client results, requests, and feedback. You'll own core operational processes behind client interactions — reporting, onboarding and training, support, and issue resolution — so clients get timely answers, accurate data, and real value from the Rialtic platform.
As a senior member of the Client Experience team, you'll serve as a go-to expert and resource for Client Experience Analysts and partner closely with Client Success, Go-to-Market, Product, and technical teams. Where Client Success owns the relationship, this role owns the process: it's a great fit for an operator who builds structure, anticipates client needs, and holds a high bar for accuracy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Reporting & Insights
  • Analyze healthcare claims data and results and turn them into actionable insights, working alongside Client Experience Analysts.
  • Prepare and quality-check client-facing reporting for accuracy, including the impact of policy customizations, claim impact for retroactive requests, actual vs. expected results, and trends by program, line of business, policy, and provider.
  • Communicate findings to Client Experience leadership, Client Success, and Go-to-Market so teams can help clients understand their data.
Platform Onboarding & Training
  • Become an expert on the Rialtic platform and application.
  • Manage user onboarding, including account setup, access and permissions management, and security.
  • Deliver hands-on training for new and existing users, and introduce new functionality as it launches.
  • Gather product feedback from clients and share it formally with our Product team.
Client Support & Delivery
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, support, and key deliverables.
  • Manage the support process end to end — logging, tracking, triaging, and responding to incoming requests.
  • Support policy review and implementation by making configuration changes in the Rialtic application and monitoring policy decisions.
  • Support client conversations on invoices and SLAs in partnership with Client Experience leadership.
Client Health & Process Improvement
  • Use internal monitoring to track platform usage and user health across clients.
  • Partner with Client Success to recommend and implement improvements to the processes that shape the client experience.
  • Share best practices and serve as a knowledge resource for Client Experience Analysts.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • 5–7 years of experience in client experience, client success, or healthcare operations.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and client reporting needs.
  • Working knowledge of how payer organizations operate.
  • A process-oriented approach — you build repeatable systems that make client support reliable at scale.
  • Clear, client-ready communication skills, including explaining data and results to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to travel regularly to client sites.
NICE TO HAVES
  • Experience in payment integrity, claims editing, or healthcare SaaS.
  • Familiarity with claims data, medical coding, or payer policy.
  • Experience with ticketing or service desk tools and SLA management.
  • Experience mentoring or sharing knowledge with peers.
